VYDA interiors terms and conditions.

– The Customer agrees to prepay the Supplier the price (the “Price”) for the Furniture and the Services as stated in the quote at the point of invoice

– You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, fees, or charges that may be imposed by your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider in connection with your payment.

– You authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount you specified, and to process and store your payment information securely using our third-party payment service provider.

– You acknowledge that we are not liable for any errors, delays, failures, or losses that may occur in the transmission or processing of your payment, or for any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your payment information by any third party.

– The currency of the payment, which should match the currency of the invoice or be converted accurately.

– The late payment penalties, such as installation delays may apply if the customer does not pay on time.

– You may request a refund of your payment within 7 days of making it, unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. To request a refund, please contact us at natalie@koveproperties.com with your payment details and reason for refund. We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds at our sole discretion.

– The Supplier agrees to supply and install the furniture (the “Furniture”) in accordance with the quote, subject to availability, and to perform the installation services (the “Services”) with reasonable care and skill.

The Supplier shall deliver the Furniture to the Customer’s premises (the “Premises”) on the agreed date and time, or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter. The Customer shall ensure that the Premises are accessible, safe, and suitable for the delivery and installation of the Furniture, and that there is adequate space, power, lighting, and ventilation for the installation. The Customer shall also obtain any necessary permissions, consents, or licenses for the installation of the Furniture.

– The Supplier shall install the Furniture at the Premises in accordance with the quote and any floor plan or specifications provided by the Customer. The Supplier shall use reasonable endeavours to complete the installation within the estimated time frame, but shall not be liable for any delays or failures caused by factors beyond its control, such as adverse weather, traffic, accidents, strikes, shortages, or defects in materials or equipment.

– The Customer shall inspect the Furniture and the Services upon completion of the installation and notify the Supplier of any defects, damages, or discrepancies within 7 days. If no such notice is given, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Furniture and the Services as satisfactory and in conformity with the Order. The Supplier shall remedy any defects or damages that are attributable to its fault or negligence within a reasonable time and at its own cost.

– The Supplier warrants that the Furniture is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and free from any material defects in design, workmanship, or materials for a period of 12 months from the date of installation. The Supplier’s liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the defective Furniture or refunding a proportionate part of the Price, at its option. This warranty does not cover any defects or damages caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, wear and tear, alteration, modification, accident, fire, flood, or other force majeure events.

– The Supplier shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer or any third party arising from or in connection with the supply and installation of the Furniture or the Services, except to the extent that such loss or damage is caused by the Supplier’s negligence or breach of contract. In any event, the Supplier’s total liability shall not exceed the Price paid by the Customer.

– The Customer may cancel or amend the Order up to 14 days prior to the delivery of the Furniture by giving written notice to the Supplier. The Supplier may charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the Price if the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the delivery date. The Supplier may also charge an amendment fee of 10% of

the Price if any changes are made to the Order after it has been confirmed.

– The Supplier may terminate this agreement with immediate effect by giving written notice to

the Customer if:

 

    – The Customer fails to pay any amount due under this agreement on time and does not remedy such failure within 7 days of receiving a notice from

    – The Customer breaches any other term of this agreement and does not remedy such breach within 7 days of receiving a notice from

    – The Customer becomes insolvent, bankrupt, goes into liquidation, administration, receivership, or makes an arrangement with its creditors.

 

– Upon termination of this agreement:

 

    – The Customer shall pay all outstanding amounts due to

    – The Supplier may remove any Furniture that has not been paid for from

    – The parties shall return or destroy any confidential information belonging to

 

– We may modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this website after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions. Please review these terms and conditions periodically for updates.

-This offer is only available to existing customers of VYDA interiors who place an order between within 12 month of the previous purchase 

-To qualify for the offer, the customer must enter the previous invoice number before completing the payment.

-The offer is valid for 5% off the total value of the next order, excluding delivery charges and VAT.

-The offer is limited to one use per customer and cannot be transferred or shared with others.

-The offer cannot be applied to previous or pending orders, gift cards, subscriptions, or any other products or services that are excluded from promotions by VYDA Interiors.

-The offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts from VYDA Interiors or its partners.

-VYDA Interiors reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend the offer at any time without prior notice.

2.5% commission

-This offer is only available to sales representatives of VYDA Interiors who sell [VYDA Furniture packs] to customers 

-To qualify for the offer, the sales representative must record the sale in the via email and provide the customer’s name, contact details, and order details.

-The offer is valid for 2.5% commission on the net value of the sale, excluding any discounts, returns, cancellations, refunds, taxes, or fees.

-The commission will be paid to the sales representative’s VYDA Interiors account within 28 days after the customer’s payment is confirmed and cleared.

-The offer cannot be applied to sales that are made to customers who are already under contract with VYDA Interiors.

-VYDA Interiors reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend the offer at any time without prior notice.

-VYDA Interiors reserves the right to verify or audit any sales that are claimed under the offer and to withhold or recover any commission that is paid in error or in violation of these terms and conditions.

-By participating in the offer, the sales representative agrees to these terms and conditions and the code of conduct of VYDA Interiors.
